Four friends, a trip to Southeast Asia, four bowls, a new culinary love story. So uncomplicated, so fresh, so healthy, so unbelievably yummy! And because back in Zürich there were no Poké Bowls to be found, in 2017 we opened the first Poké pop-up. Every day since we write another chapter of the kaisin. story for you. With as much passion and happiness as on the very first day.
